Aerial Work Platform Operator Training

From $150 per operator

Get certified on Scissor lifts, Boom lifts, and other aerial work platforms in a single day. Hands-on practical evaluation included — your operators walk out with the certification card and you walk out with the records you need for prequal and insurance.

Standards: ANSI A92.22 / 29 CFR 1926.453
Format: On-site at your yard, your jobsite, or our facility

OSHA 10-Hour Construction

From $125 per student

Get your crew OSHA-certified in a two-day course. Covers the Focus Four (falls, electrical, struck-by, caught-in/between) plus PPE, scaffolds, and tool safety. Includes student materials, official DOL cards, and your records — everything you need to satisfy OSHA, GC prequals, and insurance.

OSHA 30-Hour Construction

From $220 per student

The standard for supervisors, foremen, and anyone with safety responsibility on a jobsite. Covers everything in OSHA 10 plus crane safety, excavation, hazcom, confined space, and program management. Most GCs require it for foremen and lead workers.

Our story

Results Safety & Compliance was founded on a simple belief: every worker deserves practical, real-world safety training — not just a checkbox. With over 25 years working in the field, I've seen firsthand what happens when subcontractors have great people but inadequate training. That's the gap we exist to close.

As an OSHA Outreach Trainer, credentialed Aerial Work Platform Operator Trainer, and Safety Trained Supervisor in both General Industry and Construction, I bring hands-on experience to every course we deliver. Our programs are built for the job site — covering aerial work platforms, OSHA 10 & 30 hour training, scaffolding, and beyond.
